This incredible oil has only two ingredients and contains no flavoring agents, so you can expect it to have a great, natural taste. We use Supercritical CO2 extraction, meaning that we introduce CO2 into a chamber where the hemp is housed. Then, with a combination of pressure, temperature, and time, the CO2 enters a ‘supercritical’ state where it becomes both a gas and a liquid at the same time, allowing for very specific extractions to occur. CO2 extraction has been around for a long time and is generally considered one of the cleanest, purest forms of botanical extraction. We take an artisan approach with a low temp and slow extraction process, which preserves the plants most healing elements and leaves behind stuff that we don’t need, like waxes. We do no further post-processing. The oil never touches ethanol. It is unadulterated.
